Directions for Use

Children 3–10 years: chew 1 tablet daily, followed by warm water. Children/adolescents 11–16 years: chew 2 tablets daily, followed by warm water. Take with a meal to support absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (D3 and K2).

Warnings & Contraindications

Vitamins and minerals should not replace a balanced diet.
Contains selenium. Selenium is toxic in high doses. Adults should not take more than 150 mcg per day.
Contains sugars.
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age (chewable tablet — risk of choking and Vitamin D3 over-intake).
Contains dairy (whole dry milk) — not for persons with lactose intolerance or cow’s milk protein allergy.
Use with caution in children with diabetes (contains sugars).
Persons already supplementing with high-dose Vitamin D3 or calcium should calculate total intake to avoid hypercalcaemia.
